Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

• 1.1 This agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the services provided by Obiz International OEP Pakistan (hereinafter referred to as “the Agency”) to the Client (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”).
• 1.2 The Agency is committed to providing professional recruitment and placement services.

2. Services

• 2.1 Obiz International OEP Pakistan will:
  • Assist the Client in identifying suitable job opportunities abroad.
  • Provide information and guidance on the recruitment process, including visa and immigration procedures.
  • Assist with the preparation of required documents.
  • Facilitate communication between the Client and potential employers.
• 2.2 The Client agrees to:
  • Provide accurate and complete information to the Agency.
  • Cooperate with the Agency throughout the recruitment process.
  • Adhere to all laws and regulations of the host country.

3. Fees and Payments

• 3.1 The Client agrees to pay the Obiz International OEP Pakistan a fee as outlined in the agreement.
• 3.2 Payment terms and conditions will be specified in the agreement.
• 3.3 Obiz International OEP Pakistan reserves the right to adjust fees in case of unforeseen circumstances.

4. Confidentiality

• 4.1 Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information disclosed during the recruitment process.
• 4.2 Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, personal information, financial data, and business strategies.

5. Liability

• 5.1 Obiz International OEP Pakistan shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the Client due to factors beyond its reasonable control.
• 5.2 The Client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided to Obiz International OEP Pakistan.
• 5.3 Obiz International OEP Pakistan shall not be liable for any actions or omissions of third parties.

6. Termination

• 6.1 Either party may terminate this agreement by providing written notice to the other party.
• 6.2 In case of termination, Obiz International OEP Pakistan will refund any unused fees to the Client, subject to applicable deductions.  

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• 7.1 This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
• 7.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.  

8. Amendments

• 8.1 Obiz International OEP Pakistan reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on Obiz International OEP Pakistan website or upon notification to the Client.
